The venue for the bbq/chalet will be at Goldkist Beach Resort unit E08 we will be checking in around 3pm on sat(10/09/09). Those iron chefs-wannabees can come at 4/5 to help start the bbq! Also just to help those who do not know how to get there this is a dumb-proof method- use this link . So tentatively the schedule is as follows:
230-3pm Check-in
3-5pm Relax, Prepare food, Cycle, Build Sand-castles, play with the sea water
5-7pm Start the BBQ, cook, eat, have fun talk cock sing song
7-10pm Eat some more, talk, walk on the beach, philip should be playing poker by now
For those who want to stay over, I think the room can only squeeze about 7 people max...anymore than that would result in uncomfortable sleeping positions. Therefore if you want to stay over, just send me(matthew) a msg. Also I would encourage the consumption of alcohol so, if you still have half a bottle of absolut at home just bring it! =DDDD
